Aly and Corey McClain

Okay, so I have a confession to make... I LOVE taking photos outdoors!!!! We went out to my step-dad's land, and boy was it beautiful!!! There was fog settling over the hills, and it just set the mood for a great afternoon together.

My husband came along for some technical support (really, I just needed help lighting up Christmas lights outside). I tried going to Menards to find Christmas lights powered by batteries instead of electricity, but they don't exist... biggest oversight ever in my opinion.

But I digress...

Anyway I think I found myself saying, "YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE!!!", maybe fifty times through the whole shoot... Sorry guys, but seriously, look at them!

Aly and Corey are amazing people. Their love for each other, and for the Lord, shines through as they interact with each other. They are also amazing neighbors (Please don't move anytime soon!).
I hope you all enjoy these photos! They are some of my all-time favorites, and I don't know how we are going to narrow them down for a Christmas card... I guess we'll just have to wait and see!

Stark Family

I have been so blessed by the people in my life! I have worked with Mandy Stark for the last year and a half. I have seen her highs and lows, and wouldn't trade a minute of it. She is one of the funniest, joy-filled people I have ever know, and she happens to have the most beautiful family I have seen in such a long time!

(My all-time favorite photo from the shoot!)

I met up with her (and her family) on Sunday at the Durham. IT WAS PACKED, and the photographer in me panicked for a few minutes as I waited for the family to get through the line. All the amazing spots I scouted out the week before had been jam packed with hundreds of people enjoying the generosity of Wells Fargo. Thank you Wells Fargo for letting the entire city of Omaha into the Durham for FREE on Sunday.
We had a good time, and made do with what we had to work with. The children were so lovely and well behaved.

Thank you Mandy for letting me capture some beautiful photos for you! I hope you enjoy!
